General delivery time: 1–3 working days. The transit times shown above (in working days) are estimated and not guaranteed.

Shipping is free for orders over £35.

To see where your parcel is, click the tracking information sent by email in the shipping confirmation.

Changing the delivery address of an ongoing order depends on the delivery service handling your parcel. Go to the carrier’s website to take the next steps.

Is the parcel already on its way?
With your tracking number, you may still be able to adjust your address or delivery time via the carrier.

After that, the shipment is automatically registered with the carrier.

Report this immediately via webshop@vogels.com, preferably including photos and your order details. The team will help you further with a replacement or return.

You can receive a discount right away by subscribing to our newsletter. After subscribing, you will receive a discount code for your first order.

It may be that this product is already discounted. Only one discount can be applied to a product at a time. That is why it is not possible to use an extra discount code when a price reduction is already active.

VAT reverse charge is excluded and requests for refunds or corrections will not be processed.

The VAT number field in the webshop is available to every customer who wants to reclaim VAT in the relevant country.

Without an invoice showing the VAT number, this is not possible. The VAT charged on the invoice is always the VAT of the country to which the product is shipped.

Entering a VAT number in our consumer webshop (recognisable by /c/ in the URL) does NOT make VAT reverse charge possible for business customers.

You may return your product within 30 days in its original condition and packaging. So yes, you can try a TV bracket at home. Or visit one of our points of sale to see the TV brackets in real life. Check the list where to buy here.

Yes, a product purchased in the webshop can be returned within 30 days. The product must be complete and in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return procedure, go to the returns page, where you will find all information.

If you purchased a Vogel’s product elsewhere, the return policy of that seller applies.

You may return a product ordered through our webshop within the 30-day cooling-off period. The product must be returned complete, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Always keep your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

After receipt and inspection of your webshop return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.

If you order through our webshop, you can always return your product within 30 days. It is not possible to exchange your product directly with us. Of course, you can easily order another product via our webshop.
