Vogel’s, renown for its outstanding line of mounting solutions for TV and audio/video equipment, announces the acquisition of her Belgium distributor Lucodex BVBA per 1 April 2018.
Vogel’s is active in more than 70 countries and is European market leader for AV mounting solutions. The Belgian and Luxembourg markets are important sales territories for Vogel’s.
With this acquisition, the strategy of the Vogel’s brand shall be continued through a consistent approach of all market activities including sales, marketing, branding, distribution and customer service.

The company name Lucodex will stay active. Sales, marketing activities and consumer services will be managed by Kim Aerts, General Manager Belux. Vogel’s and Lucodex look forward to a further successful extension of their collaboration.
