Vogel's has been producing wall mounts since 1973 and we are dedicated to developing high-quality, durable and reliable products. It is only natural, therefore, that we provide a commercial guarantee on materials and manufacturing defects.
All of our products undergo extensive testing to ensure that they meet the strictest industry standards and requirements.
An overview of commercial guarantee periods

Vogel’s total commercial guarantee runs from the date of purchase and does not affect your legal guarantee rights under EU or local law.
The guarantee period that applies to a product is stated on the product packaging or in the accompanying information and also with the product information on this website.

Vogel’s provides a commercial guarantee per product category or series. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights under EU or local statutory law and regulation.

- COMFORT TV Wall Mounts have a 10-year commercial guarantee
- QUICK TV Wall Mounts have a 5-year commercial guarantee
- SIGNATURE TVM 7675 Motorised TV Wall Mount has a 2-year commercial guarantee
- MOMO monitor mounts have a 10-year commercial guarantee
- ESSENTIAL monitor mounts have a 5-year commercial guarantee
- Electronic components and all other Vogel's consumer products receive the minimum guarantee period dictated by EU or local statutory law.
- Speaker brackets and stands have a 5-year commercial guarantee
- THIN and WALL TV Wall Mounts have a 15-year commercial guarantee

Vogel’s provides a commercial guarantee per product category or series. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights under EU or local statutory law and regulation.

- Other Vogel's Professional products have a 5-year commercial guarantee
- Projector lift systems and SIGNATURE TVM 7675 PRO Motorized TV Wall Mount. These have a 2-year commercial guarantee.
How our commercial guarantee works
Durability is paramount in the development and production of our products. For this reason, we provide a commercial guarantee on materials and manufacturing defects for the stated guarantee period.
If your product is not functioning properly due to material faults or manufacturing defects covered by our commercial guarantee, we will repair it free of charge or replace it at our discretion. If a product or component is no longer available, we offer a suitable alternative.
Damage resulting from improper initial installation or improper use is not covered by this commercial guarantee. Loss of parts or costs incurred as a result of improper use is also not covered.
What to do if you have a problem
If you have any problems with our product or want to know whether the guarantee is applicable, please:
Complete the contact form or mail our Consumer Care Team. Preferably, please add a picture.
Within 2 business days you will be contacted by our local Vogel’s distributor.
If the guarantee is invoked, the product should be returned**, together with the original purchase document (invoice, sales slip or cash receipt). The purchase document should clearly show the name of the supplier and the date of purchase.
**You will be informed about the specific return address and further procedure.

How product use affects your guarantee
*The lifespan of a product depends on:
- The quality of the initial installation or mounting;
- The environment in which it is used;
- And the way it is used.
Vogel’s products are not meant to be installed outdoors other than in cases specifically mentioned in the product specifications. Contact our Customer Care Team if you have any doubts about product use.
Vogel’s commercial guarantee shall lapse in the following cases:
- If the product has not been installed or used in accordance with the instructions;
- If applicable, if the holes in the wall have not been properly drilled in accordance with the Vogel's installation instructions for the applicable wall type;
- If the product has been altered or repaired by someone other than Vogel’s;
- If a fault arises due to external causes (outside the product) such as for example lightning, water nuisance, fire, scuffing, exposure to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, solvents or acids, wrong use or negligence;
- If the product is used for different equipment than is mentioned on or in the packaging.
FAQ
If a Vogel's product is repaired or replaced during the commercial guarantee period, the commercial guarantee does not restart. The period starts on the date of purchase shown on the receipt or invoice. If a replacement product has a direct defect, your legal guarantee rights may apply separately.
