Ideal height to mount TV

How to find the ideal height

There is no universal ideal height at which to mount your TV. Televisions come in a wide variety of sizes and everyone watches TV in their own individual way.
Yet, your eye level when watching TV can be used to determine the ideal height for your TV. When you are sitting on the couch, for example. And mounting your TV on the wall gives you the flexibility to determine your desired height above placing it on your cabinet.

Rule of thumb: the centre of your TV screen has to be at eye level.

So measure the eye level height of a person sitting.
Than indicate this eye level height on the wall you want to mount your TV.
