In some languages, vogels.com offers a live chat functionality. If you use this function, personal information (name & e-mail) will be stored to enable the performance of this service and to contact you about any questions asked.
In some countries, vogels.com uses affiliate programs, for which certain, indirectly identifiable data are stored and used in order to be able to apply correct channel attribution in our systems.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your e-mail address will be stored in order to send you the newsletters. If at any point in time you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the e-mail received. Vogel’s uses SuperOffice and Mailchimp, among others, to send relevant news messages.
All forms of contact with Vogel’s Products BV are recorded and stored in our CRM system to ensure consistency of our customer service. Examples of data that may be stored here are: name, e-mail, telephone number and address details.
You have the right to access, amend or delete your personal data. Vogel’s takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, improper disclosure and unauthorised changes.
We make use of a firewall and encryption methods to prevent access to personal data by unauthorised third parties. User data are stored at locations that are both physically and technically secure. Only a select group of employees has access to customer data, based on their job profile. Every year, external specialists perform a security check, so we can guarantee the continued security of personal data. Also, Vogel’s always uses a secure TLS/SSL connection when processing orders and sending contact forms. Furthermore, we have implemented DNSSEC technology.
