Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Or is the device broken? That's annoying! And we will solve this for you.

30 day period
If you haven’t been completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 day’s after you received it. So we can start the return procedure. Please keep in mind that the product needs to be returned in its original packaging.

Return procedure

If you wish to return your whole or partial order please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our office and apply for the return shipment. You can contact us by calling +31(0)40-2647480 or by sending an e-mail to webshop@vogels.com (If you contact us by e-mail, we will get back to you within 1 business day). We will make sure that a return from will come to you.
  2. Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging. And include the return form
  3. Make sure that the return address on the label says the following
    Vogel’s Webshop p/a DSV Road bv
    5928LH, Venlo
    The Netherlands
  4. Bring the package to a DHL pick-up point and keep the send proof. We will do our best to refund the purchasing amount as soon as possible, but always within 14 days (from the date that the order has been received at our warehouse).

Costs of return shipment

The costs of the return shipment are for the customer. Except in case of warranty. 

Warranty
Despite the high quality of our products you may find a device at delivery is defective or becomes defective after use. You can be assured that we will solve this for you. All our products do you have a warranty of at least 2 years. Are you not sure if the problem of your product belongs to warranty? Please contact our customer service, they will help you.
