Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Or is the device broken? That is unfortunate! In any case, we will do our best to help you.

30 day period
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days from the delivery date. Please keep in mind that the product needs to be returned in its original packaging.

Return procedure

If you wish to return your entire order or partial order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our office and apply for the return shipment. You can contact us by calling +31(0)40-2647480 (on business days between 9:00 and 17:00 CEST/CET) or by sending an email to [email protected]. If you contact us by email, we will get back to you within 1 business day. We will provide you with a return form.
  2. Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging and include the return form.
  3. Include the return address on the return label:

  4. Bring the package to a DHL of UPS service point and keep the receipt (proof of return shipment). We will do our best to refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but always within 14 days (from the date the return is received at our warehouse).

Return shipment costs may apply. Except in case of warranty.

Despite the high quality of our products you may receive a product that is defective at delivery or becomes defective after use. Please be assured that we will do our best to resolve this issue for you. Are you not sure if the problem you are facing with your product is covered by warranty ? Please contact customer service.
