When can I return a product?

Within the trial period of 30 days, if the product is complete, and as far as reasonably possible in the original condition and factory packaging. We therefore advise you to open the packaging carefully upon receipt of the product and to keep the shipping box.

What are the costs of returning an item?

Return shipment costs may apply. Except in case of warranty.

How can I return a product ? 

If possible, follow the procedure below:

1. Register
Register your return. Within 30 days of receiving your order, select the items you wish to return and choose the desired return method.

2. Packing
Pack your items. Do not forget to remove or cover up the old shipping label. Stick the shipping label on the longest/largest side of the package. Make sure the label is fully visible and the information is legible. Stick the label on an even surface and not over an edge.

3. Shipping
Take your parcel to a post office within 3 working days of registering it, or have it picked up using the collection service (depending on which return method you have chosen). Keep your receipt.

4. Refund
Once our distribution centre has received your return, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 14 working days.
