Travel company TUI has redesigned their stores in The Netherlands, Belgium and France! A complete new experience with audiovisual equipment. This gives the feeling of being in a hotel lobby.
The aim of the project was to make the customer journey complete. It brings offline and online together in the stores. This is done by showing images, prices and offers on the screens. This helps the TUI staff to create the perfect holiday experience for their customers.
What was unique about this project?
High brightness window displays ensures that many people who are walking by stop here. There is an interactive multitouch display placed behind the advice table, this will inspire the customer. And creates the best customer holiday experience.
First Impression started this project in 2014 and the project is now realized. The products they used are all Vogel’s professional products.
