Black friday & Cyber monday deal

From the 22nd of november to the 4th of december there will be a black friday & cyber monday deal on vogels.com. The terms and conditions for this deal are described here.

  1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Black Friday 2019 promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") offered by Vogel's Products B.V. (Netherlands), with registered offices at Hondsruglaan 93, 5628 DB Eindhoven, Chamber of Commerce number 17055312 (hereinafter: "Vogel's").
  2. This Promotion is governed by the Promotion Terms and Conditions of Vogel's Products B.V. (hereinafter: "Vogel's") as set out at: https://www.vogels.com/nl-nl/c/promotion-conditions. In the event of a conflict between the General Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Supplementary Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Supplementary Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  3. This Promotion is open to participants who have purchased an available product with a value >EUR 150 in the period between 22 November 2019 and 04 December 2019 on vogels.com. Only products > EUR 150 that are available in the Vogel’s Webshop apply to this promotion.
  4. In order to qualify for this promotion participants must meet the following conditions: a) Purchase the promotion product from vogels.com from 22 November 2019 and before 05 December 2019; b) ship the product to the following countries: DE, NL, BE, GB, CH, AT, DK, SE, NO, FI, FR; 
  5. After purchase of an available product >EUR 150 (converted in the local currency if applicable) the customer will receive a free gift. The free gift will be a SAVA 1026. In the UK a second free item will be added which is an UK power plug.
  6. This Promotional offer cannot be combined with other Vogel's promotional offers. Participants can claim a maximum of one promotional item per household (the same surname at the same address). The campaign product represents a cash value and cannot be exchanged for payments in kind.
  7. In case of a return the free gift needs to be returned as well.
    1. if the complete order, including gift is not returned, we are forced to charge you the full market price of the gift and we will substract this from the refundable credit.
    2. For orders in the UK both free gifts need to be returned.
  8. The personal data provided to Vogel's in connection with the Promotion will be included in a database. This database is subject to the General Data Protection Act (GDPR). The Participant hereby grants Vogel's permission to use their personal data for the execution of this promotion. Vogel's will handle the e-mail/personal data provided by the Participant responsibly and with care. The personal data which the Participant provides to Vogel's will only be used for purposes relating to the underlying Promotion. Participants have the right to receive information about his or hers personal data held by Vogel's and - if necessary - to request that it be rectified or removed.
