Products that are mounted directly on the wall or ceiling are supplied with Fischer plugs. If you are unsure whether the product you have selected includes Fischer plugs, this information is included among the product specifications on the product page.
The choice of PFB 3xxx interface plate is determined by the display's horizontal VESA mount size. The PFS 3xxx interface display strips are determined by the vertical VESA mount size. You may also consult the Pro-AV Mount Advisor for specific advice.
The VESA dimensions and weight are the determining factors, so the mount will remain suitable in most cases. However, there are certain functions that can only be used if the size of the display in inches falls within the inch specifications indicated (e.g. the anti-theft function on the PFS 5xxx series wall mounts). If in doubt, we recommend that you contact your dealer or consult the Pro-AV Mount Advisor on our website.
The weight of the display and the desired pole length are the determining factors when choosing between the single- and double-pole options. For displays larger than 65 inches, we strongly recommend using the double-pole solution for extra stability. For touch screens, we always recommend the double-pole solution.
The warranty conditions state whether you can install a mount on your wall. However, only an on-site installer can determine whether a mount can actually be installed on a particular wall.

Vogel’s Professional offers simple and pop-out video wall systems, as well as the modular Connect-it system for floor and ceiling solutions. Consult the Pro-AV Mount Advisor to determine which solution is most suitable for your purposes.
The possibilities are endless; any video wall configuration is possible. For example, Vogel’s products can be used to install enormous video walls for 10x10 displays or 16x4 displays, as well as small video walls with 2x2 and 4x2 displays.
Vogel’s recommends using a pop-out system with built-in video wall installations (e.g. in a recess) and when narrow bezel displays are used, which require perfect alignment. Vogel’s pop-out video wall systems offer fine 3D adjustments for height, depth, horizontal and levelling.

All Vogel’s desk mounts are adjustable in height. Models with a fixed pole and movable arms are intended for fixed workstations. By fixed workstations, we mean places where the same person works at the same desk every day.
When flexible workstations are in use, meaning that a workstation is shared by multiple people, such as in a reception area or a 24-hour control room, we strongly recommend using a desk mount with a gas spring. The gas spring allows the monitor to float and the height can be easily adjusted with one finger from behind the desk.
The maximum thickness is 83 mm. All Vogel’s desk mounts are equipped with the FlexmountTM, which allows Vogel’s desk mounts to be installed in six different ways: with a clamp, through the desktop, in the cable entry, perpendicular to the desk or on the wall in two different ways. The desk mounts almost always fit.
The longest distance between 2 mounting holes must fall within the size of the projector mount. Pythagoras' theorem is the easiest method of calculation.
