- If you have an OLED TV, your TV must be connected directly to the mains power supply (wall socket) and NOT via the Vogel’s wall bracket, as stated in the installation instructions. This makes the Auto Home setting inoperative*. You may still operate your wall bracket using the Vogel’s app.
- We will send you a free service item concerning the Auto Home setting*. To register, please fill out the form below or send an e-mail to consumercare@vogels.com.

*When turning your TV on or off using your TV’s remote control, the TV automatically moves to the desired viewing position or returns to the wall.
