WALLTIMES: the smart iPad clock from Vogel’s

Vogel’s is today launching WallTimes, a versatile application which transforms your iPad into a world clock, kitchen timer or alarm clock. Combined with the recently launched Mount & Cover iPad fixing solution you can use the iPad in any room of your house or on the road. WallTimes can be downloaded from today free of charge from the iTunes store.

WallTimes

The standard applications which Apple supplies with the iPad lack the attractive clock which is available on the iPhone and iPod Touch. Vogel’s has therefore developed its own application which meets this need. But WallTimes is not just a clock. It’s a world clock, intelligent kitchen timer and multifunctional alarm clock in one.

The world clock shows the time in four user-defined time zones at a glance. Hence you can always see what time it is with friends or family elsewhere in the world and plan a phone call, chat or FaceTime call. With the kitchen timer you can set four separate timers which work simultaneously and independently of one another. You can set the timers yourself, or use the pre-programmed timers for activities including cooking, frying, grilling and deep-frying. The bedside clock gives just the right amount of light to leave your night’s rest undisturbed. It not only displays the time, but also all the active alarms over the week. In addition, it constantly shows how much time there is left before the alarm goes off.

Mount & Cover System

The Mount & Cover System® from Vogel’s makes it easy to mount the iPad on the wall, on a headrest in the car or on a table or desk. The iPad therefore gains a fixed place in locations where the iPad is most frequently used. The mounting solutions are high quality and integrate seamlessly with the design of the iPad. The BaseCover protects the iPad and has a recess on the back with which the iPad can be attached to the WallMount, the TableStand or the CarMount.

The Mount & Cover System from Vogel’s will be further expanded in the near future. Vogel’s is thereby responding to the trend towards smaller screens entering the home. Availability

The WallTimes application is available in six languages and can be downloaded for free from the iTunes store from today. The Mount & Cover System is now available through Apple Premium Resellers. WallTimes also works without wall mountings from Vogel’s.
